If you're just getting started in Online promotion, you're probably
familiar with the term "info-products" or e-books. Info-products consist
of any concrete or intangible form in which you provide information.
That means info-products could be guides, e-books, reviews, guides,
workbooks, courses, teleclasses, e-zines, articles, blogs, sound tracks,
CDs, videos, and subscriptions. The concrete ones are guides and CDs
while the intangible (digital) ones are e-books and sound tracks (MP3).
When you're just starting out, you may want to chose info-products that
are simple and fast to produce such as a 20-page report, a 30-minute
appointment, a 5-page publication, or SEGA Mega Drive: Ultimate Collection (PS3) [UK IMPORT] a 40-page e-book. I once turned
the records of a 90-minute teleclass into an e-book in 8 time. These
smaller info-products are an excellent way to start so you're not
overwhelmed with the concept of composing a 200-page guide or a 12-week
course.
